Please fill out and submit the Online Registration Form. (Registration opens on the 11th of November 2024 and closes 30 days prior to the start of the event or when all the available places are taken).
The Declaration of Agreement must be signed at the check-in prior to the start of the event.
The Confidential Medical Information Form must be filled in and sent to the Medical Director atleast 30 days prior to the start of the event. The signed Confidential Medical Information Form must be brought to the check-in prior to the event.
The Confidential Medical Information Form and Declaration of Agreement will be sent to you once your registration has been successfully completed.
The Total Entry Fee is2790€ per person. A non-refundable deposit of 930€ will secure a place in the event. The balance payment of 1860€ is due by the 17th of June 2025. When registering after the 17th of June 2025 the full entry fee (2790€) must be paid when registering.

Flights and individual travel arrangements all the way to Burgos.
Alcoholic beverages and extras at hotels and all other overnight locations.
Optional pre- and post-race extension programs.
The number of participants in the race is very limited. If your deposit or full entry fee does not clear within 2 weeks from the registration date, your application will be automatically put on hold.

Cancellation Policy:
If you withdraw from the event before the 17th of June 2025, you will receive a full refund of the entry fee minus the Non-refundable deposit.
If you withdraw from the event after the 17th of June 2025 but before the 17th of July 2025, you will be refunded 50% of the entry fee minus the non-refundable deposit.
If you withdraw from the event after the 17th of July 2025, there will be no refunds paid.
Once you have submitted the online registration form and we have received your deposit, you will get an official confirmation of your reservation. Your participation however will only be effective once the full entry fee has been received.
