Entry Fee and Registration details

Registration Process:

Please fill out and submit the Online Registration Form. (Registration opens on the 1st  of November 2017 and closes 30 days prior to the start of the event or when all the available places are taken).

The Declaration of Agreement must be signed  at  the check-in  prior to the race.

The Confidential Medical Information Form must be filled in and sent to the Medical Director atleast 30 days prior to the start of the race. The signed Confidential Medical Information Form must be brought to the check-in prior to the race.

The Confidential Medical Information Form and Declaration of Agreement will be sent to you once your registration has been successfully completed.

The Total Entry Fee is 1.980€ per person. A non-refundable deposit of 660€ will secure a place in the event. The balance payment of 1320€ is due by the 21st of June 2018. When registering after the 21st of June 2018 the full entry fee must be paid when registering.

The Entry Fee includes:

Participation in this unique cultural footrace around this historical region of Spain.

A carefully crafted and well planned race, organized by a professional and experienced team.

Vehicle and Experienced Medical support throughout the race.

Individual pick-up from local bus or train station and transfer to Race HQ.

All meals at Race HQ.

Two nights accommodation at Race HQ including breakfast.

Mini-Bus Transfer to the starting line at Peña Ulaña.

A well marked course and regular checkpoints every 8-16km.

Inns, hostels or lodges accommodation throughout the race in beautiful locations.

Plentiful and nutritious Breakfast, lunch, Snacks and Dinner at the overnight locations.

Dinner and award ceremony at Central **** Hotel in Burgos.

Night in Central **** Hotel in Burgos including breakfast.

Trophies and  finishers medals .

21% Sales Tax included.

NOT INCLUDED

Flights and individual travel arrangements all the way to Burgos.

Alcoholic beverages and extras at hotels and all other overnight locations.

Optional pre- and post-race extension programs.

 

The number of participants in the race is very limited. If your deposit or full entry fee does not clear within 2 weeks from the registration date, your application will be automatically put on hold.

 

Payment Options:

Your entry fee can be paid via international bank transfer. Please contact us for the account details on info@burgosultrastagerace.com

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you withdraw from the event before the 21st of June 2018, you will receive a full refund of the entry fee minus the Non-refundable deposit.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the 21st of June 2018 but before the 21st  of August 2018, you will be refunded 50% of the entry fee minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the 21st of August 2018, there will be no refunds paid.

 

 

Once you have submitted the online registration form and we have received your deposit, you will get an official confirmation of your reservation. Your participation however will only be effective once the full entry fee has been received.
